• After this training MultiPress CRM will hold no secrets for you. You will broaden your knowledge of relationship management in MultiPress and discover every additional feature. In addition, you will get more out of your CRM by learning to use it proactively for complaint processing and sales follow-up.
• We show you advanced calculation techniques for the calculation of quotations in MultiPress. Each calculation technique allows you to arrive at the correct calculation of cost and sales price with minimal input and maximum flexibility.

We provide this training to ensure your employees become Certified MultiPress Users. This way, you can use our software efficiently and to its full potential. Every training takes place online and will be taught by one of our experienced Project Managers.

Link the right prices to the right quote and learn how to set prices to active or inactive.

Customer communication

After this training, you will be able to create your own calculations and send price agreements and quotations to your customer quickly and easily.
