This online course is suitable for MultiPress users who want to expand their basic knowledge. During this course, you will learn everything about (automatic) reporting of financial and production statistics via the report generator and dashboard module in MultiPress.

• With an automatic report generator, you will notice developments in your production flow very quickly. By reacting quickly, you improve your service and maintain a competitive advantage. We will show you how to make full use of the standardised reporting and how to automate it according to your wishes.
• The dashboard is linked to the Report Generator. It visualises specific information relevant to each employee within your company. This way, everyone effortlessly has the necessary information in a very accessible interface. You will see how to create your own dashboards, assign user rights and learn to interpret the figures on the dashboard.

We provide this training to ensure your employees become Certified MultiPress Users. This way, you can use our software efficiently and to its full potential. Every training takes place online and will be taught by one of our experienced Project Managers.

Easily find valuable data and reports in the report generator and dashboard. Visualisation methods such as pie charts, list forms or graphs are also covered here.

Automation and ONP

With ONP's (Overnight Procedures), you automatically create nightly reports according to the parameters you have chosen. Learn how to set these parameters and receive an overview in your mailbox at personalised times.

User Rights and Dashboard Interface

Assign user rights to specific employees within your print production company. This way, they can see relevant information on their dashboard.
