With MultiPress, Goos Reclamemakers sets a course for the future

Graphic all-rounder Goos Reclamemakers is still a real family business. Goos Reclamemakers is run by Marcel and Luciënne Goos together with Ron Piek and Jeffrey van Vuuren who complete the management quartet. With the rest of their close-knit team, they run a successful advertising agency with an excellent machine park, producing offset and digital print products. They print and finish a lot of printing products themselves. Satisfied customers include Museum Hilversum (signing), MOH Service (design) and Esso Boezem (design & signing).

Lately, Goos Reclamemakers is going through a lot of significant changes. Where the company from Ouderkerk aan den IJssel's main activity used to be offset printing, they evolved to include digital printing, produced in-house. They also purchase and resell a lot of standard printing products, from label rolls to all kinds and sizes of POS materials for sign orders from various regional and national customers. Add all their shipping activities via parcel post to the mix and you end up with a hefty amount of administration.

As a customer of Insad, they relied on the offset version of Drumis to manage this ever-increasing administration. But the Drumis software simply could not keep up with the rapid growth of Goos: because, as you can imagine, processing 4.000 orders per year required a lot of manual labour. The company was completely ready for a solid upgrade of its ERP/MIS system. So when Insad was taken over by Dataline in 2020, their administration system was migrated to MultiPress.

The Goos team was impressed with the professional approach during the migration, the good service and the additional possibilities the software offers their company. The Dataline team helped with transferring data, from one ERP system to another, phasing out Drumis slowly because it was no longer applicable to the business model. Now, Goos can move forward with the MultiPress modules perfectly attuned to the company. An ideal solution for the current challenges and 100% futureproof!
