Dioss stands for Digital, Offset, Screen Printing and Service. The name says it all: this well-known company now offers a comprehensive selection of production techniques and provides its customers with the best possible service.  Dioss is a merger of three companies: New Jev Screen Printing specialises in screen printing, Daelprinting provides large format expertise and Ceuppens Printing takes care of offset capacity.

Out with the old, in with the new

If you want to remain progressive and flexible as a company, you don't replace an old working method without making certain strategic changes.  Dioss used to work with the standard classic systems combination: a Microsoft environment with a few additional programmes such as Excel, Word and Filemaker Pro.  It worked OK but as Dioss expanded they soon ran into some fundamental problems:

• the software programmes were not integrated
• their working methods became very labour-intensive
• calculations were made in Excel and quotations in Word but they were not linked
• key data was not linked or accessible to everyone

The Dioss management was looking for a solution that could automate their complete administration and save costs. They found the ideal combination in MultiPress, the MIS/ERP software from Dataline. The benefits of one centralised database

Dioss has been working with MultiPress since 2006, so the software has become the beating heart of its administration and production. At the beginning of 2022 the next step was rolled out.  Up until then Daelprinting and New Jev Screen Printing had been using two separate databases. In order to further improve the group's workflow, both databases were migrated onto one platform. The advantage of this migration means it is now much easier for the Dioss employees to handle orders, passing them between departments and importantly accessing all relevant information from all production sites.  For the group, this has led to an enormous increase in efficiencies as well as significant time-savings in administration and production.

The added value of MultiPress
