At Verloop drukkerij, the initial focus of using MultiPress was solely on administration. Over the years, MultiPress has grown into a broad and dynamic package that is used daily by 15 users. In the machine park of this modern Dutch printing house, you will not only find five digital presses, but also two full-colour Heidelberg offset presses. A JDF connection with these Heidelberg offset presses leads to extensive automation, which saves time and costs and drastically reduces the lead times of new orders and jobs. Thanks to the automatically generated JDF file with all available job and process information, this can be read automatically by the workflow and the necessary processes can be started immediately. As a printer of many different dissertations, this is a much-needed process improvement. Each order can thus be processed directly without intervention. The JDF link provides a seamless connection between production and administration!

Streamlined processes in production and administration

Of course, MultiPress not only facilitates the tasks of the production department, but it also provides insight, time and cost savings and streamlines processes in the administration department. The Dashboards in MultiPress are user-friendly and can be personalised for each user. These personal Dashboards were very well-received by the Verloop employees, who now have an easy way to gain daily insight into the operation of their company. Every sales employee can see whether the targets are being met, what the status of current orders is, etc. Production staff maintain a direct overview of the day's planning. 

Flawless stock management

Verloop drukkerij has been using the MultiPress stock module for some time now, and their customers can easily pass on call-off orders. The dispatchers at Verloop no longer get lost thanks to the 3D visualisation of the stock. Each product has a fixed location and barcode, making it instantly retrievable in the warehouse. 

Every relation of Verloop printing company can also request call-off orders at any time, which flow directly into Verloops` MultiPress through an API connection. This way, both Verloop's customers and the printing company always have an up-to-date overview of the products available for each customer.
