"No more double work": Quadrifinish creates its orders in MultiPress

Quadrifinish from Oudenaarde is a customer after our own heart: they always deliver quality work, no matter what large-format print job they get. The Quadrifinish team noticed that they were doing a lot of double work: administrative data had to be entered into production several times, and this data transfer was often difficult or errors occurred, resulting in reprints. The work process could be a lot more efficient and that's why Quadrifinish entered into a dialogue with Dataline.

The advantages of MultiPress were crystal clear to them: thanks to the digital data transfer between the administrative flow and the production, each step in the process can be started much faster and be executed more smoothly. This way, human errors also occur much less and there is little chance that information about an order is forgotten or lost. The result is faster production and a more profitable business.

Working even faster with order creation

Recently, the team also started working with the MultiFlow and order creation module:

• MultiFlow by Multipress makes it possible to design one's own workflow, or parts of it, in flow charts.
